HALF-LOCKED
by
Liz Bowen
kissing to keep out the sandmen
the couch hums like a coral reef
and you, with the deep hand laceration
halve me a split pink fig
I, with chipped swarovski wrists
can open a jar with my teeth
will grind the cold night with my teeth
